Shipping and returns

Our main warehouse is located in Germany and will ship your order within one business day.

Your package will be delivered with our partner DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track your package.
The estimated shipping times per country and the shipping costs can be found in the table below:

Please note that delivery times are only approximate, because it is not in our hands how fast the parcel service will deliver and how long the customs of your country will take to clear the goods.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

MuseARTa covers all customs duties for the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. Orders shipped to other countries must be declared upon arrival. The customer must pay these customs fees. MuseARTa is not responsible for this.

What can I do if the package has not arrived?

If the packages have not been delivered to the correct address or have been returned by the same shipping company because the correct address was not found, you can notify us here.
Please remember that you must provide us with your order number (you will receive it in the purchase confirmation) so that we can track your package correctly.
For cases where the packages have been lost, you can notify us here.

How do returns work?

If your socks have any defect or you are not satisfied with the item, the return is free of charge within the first 14 days after receiving your purchase. This rule applies only to Germany and Austria.
This does not apply to socks that have already been worn.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns from abroad.
Click hereto create and print your return slip. It is important that you do not send your package before. Once we receive your return, we will of course refund your money via your chosen payment method.
