Product information

We are always striving to improve our products. We test and find solutions for small details like colors, materials, durability and manufacturing quality or how tight the socks are.

Likewise, we want to give you important information about the care of our products, so you know what you are buying.

Socks care:

  • 1. when you wash your socks, we recommend that you wash them on the delicate cycle.
  • 2. washing temperature is also important, so we recommend a temperature of 40ºC for the care of your socks.
  • 3. the dryer is very harmful for these pieces, so it is best not to use it if you want to protect the fibers of your socks.
  • Do not expose them to the sun directly or for a long time. Do not iron them, because the materials they are made of can be damaged by the heat of the iron.
  • 5. using mild detergents will also prolong the life of your socks.
  • 6. if you want your socks to last long, you should choose the right size.

To preserve the color of your socks, pay attention:

  • 1. when you wash them, they should all be the same color, or at least a similar color. This will prevent dark colors from transferring to lighter ones.
  • Never use hot water.
  • 3. use a mild detergent and avoid chemical bleach.
  • 4. for proper washing of your clothes, depending on the fabric or print, we recommend that you do not overfill your washing machine and you can use a laundry bag for your socks.

Now that you know that, you can buy new socks because you want them, not because you need them!

Why are socks sometimes so tight?

Production of socks with knitted art motifs means that the strength of the stitches sometimes makes them very tight. This sometimes happens with socks that have a motif that covers the whole sock.

You are welcome to contact us if you have this problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or take back socks if they have already been worn, unless they already came to you with that defect and you noticed it in time.

Care instructions for towels:

Follow these tips to care for your towels:

  • 1. do not fill your washing machine too full. Your towels must have space in the machine so that they can be washed better.
  • 2. do not use fabric softeners, as these chemicals reduce the absorbency of your towels.
  • 3. The suitable temperature for colored and dark towels is 40ºC. For white towels 60°C is ideal.
  • 4. stretch them so that the drying is more effective.
  • 5. keep in mind that all our towels are machine washable and made of 100% cotton.

If you follow these tips, your towels will look like new after every wash.
